I am going to say it, I felt bad for Ling, and I actually kind of sort of liked her, up until a point.

A bunch of people are and will be hating on her. What I saw was a broken woman, molded by Twitch, until what she thought was love and loyalty and then he drops her like a hat for someone else. I can't say I would have been happy either. Then she goes and falls in love again, as poisonous as it is, and more shit gets thrown at her.

All this crazy woman wants is to be loved and she's always getting shit on. So yes, I felt sympathetic towards her, except for when I didn't agree with her psychotic-ness.

I am also glad Twitch is very aware of his faults in it all, it gave me a new respect for him.

This book starts off where Raw ends. I have not read Dirty and I didn't feel like I was missing anything, Belle integrated that pretty nicely, I think. I was super leery going into this book. It's been so long, I thought I would have lost my interest in these characters. I needn't have worried, nothing has changed and I loved them just as much as the first few times of reading RAW.

This story is long, and told through multiple perspectives. Sometimes Lexi, sometimes Twitch, Ling, Julia's, Luka, AJ..etc.. I loved that we got into each characters minds, it gave the story another dimension.

The one thing "negative" I have to say is, I felt some parts were repeated, whether for dramatic effect or what, but I thought maybe some of that could have been cut out and the story would have been just as intense. I understand Lexi's reserve, I really do. Six years is a long, long time. But, c'mon? We all know where it's going to head. She's in love with the damn fool :)

I did not expect where that ending was headed, but it was pretty perfect. Don't worry gang, it isn't like the first book. You're not going to then your Kindle off and go "WTF just happened?". This was a very satisfying ending to a satisfying story.

Teddy is a nice girl that is being used by her friend. Teddy shows up at Jock Row every weekend in the hopes of having fun. Sadly, she has a bad friend that dumps her when they arrive. Kip Carmichael is the Sasquatch observing on the sidelines. He is annoyed by how Teddy is treated. Although he claims to be done with women and is anti-social, he wants to help Teddy. 

Kip pushes his way into Teddy’s space and offers to help her. This quickly changes when he ends up pushing other guys away. He finally clues in to the fact that he wants Teddy to himself. These two start to give in to their attraction and fall in love.

I really liked the banter between these two. Kip is secretly a hot rich boy hiding behind his beard. Spending time with Teddy gives him the chance to meet a girl without his baggage. I loved Teddy’s innocence but I laughed at how indignant she would get with Kip. They were cute together.

chuckling by his use of "romancing" skills He was so forward that poor Pru didn't stand a chance. These two were meant for each other. As always there were some humorous moments in this book and some heart-hurting ones as well. I say go out and grab your copy and give yourself some relaxing moments during this the season of stress. I give it 5 stars.
