Lead Security ~ Evan Grace Release Blitz

Title: Lead Security
Series: Rogue Security & Investigation #3
Author: Evan Grace
Genre: Security Romance
Release Date: October 2, 2018

I’ve spent the last several years building my company, having zero time for a social life. I preferred it that way. After the mess my ex-wife left me with, I have no interest in anything remotely close to a relationship.
Until I meet my daughter’s new next-door neighbor.
Harley is kind, beautiful, and she’s also an erotic romance writer. To any man, she’s the perfect package. To a gun-shy man like me, she’s a one-way road to disaster.
Unfortunately for me, my daughter’s newfound friendship with Harley means I get to see more of her.
And the more I see her, the more I want her.
But my instincts are telling me there’s a danger lurking around her, following her, waiting for the right moment to strike. And the closer I get, the more I realize there’s only one way I’ll allow any threat to get near her…
and that’s over my dead body.

Jack has a hard outer shell that he won't let anyone crack. Harley is a sweet, loving and beautiful woman who just became a neighbor to Jack's daughter who apparently is a like a sledge hammer to Jack's exterior. Throw in some creepy, dangerous sounding emails and apparently that's all it takes for Jack's shell to crumble. This is the first book I've read from this author and I like her fast entertaining writing style. I did feel like there were some portions that felt rushed over and would've been better had they been better detailed, but overall I liked this book. I give it 4 stars. And Jacks's grand-daughter, Charlie, was absolutely adorable and had me laughing quite a few times.

A Midwesterner and self-proclaimed nerd, Evan has been an avid reader most of her life, but five years ago got bit by the writing bug, and it quickly became her addiction, passion and therapy. When the voices in her head give it a rest, she can always be found with her e-reader in her hand. Some of her favorites include, Shayla Black, Jaci Burton, Madeline Sheehan and Jamie Mcguire. Evan finds a lot of her inspiration in music, so if you see her wearing her headphones you know she means business and is in the zone.
During the day Evan works for a large homecare agency and at night she’s superwoman. She’s a wife to Jim and a mom to Ethan and Evan, a cook, a tutor, a friend and a writer. How does she do it? She’ll never tell.
