Havoc’s world was turned upside down in book 1 when he found out what a truly disgusting man his birth father really is. Much worse than he’s gone his whole life even knowing. This book begins with the hunt for dear ol’ dad, Wrecker, and to eliminate the Infierno Cartel who are behind a large human trafficking ring. The thing is, it’s personal with Havoc not only because his dad is aiding them, but because his sisters, who he hasn’t seen in years, are some of the trafficking victims.

Angel, who was once held by the Cartel and now has become a “family” member of the Silent Sons MC, has her own plans to destroy these same people. Only she plans on going out in a blaze of glory in the end once she gets revenge for them killing her parents and burning her once peaceful life to the ground.

When these two get put together by an order from the club Prez, sparks fly!

I can say I enjoyed this story much more than book 1. The writing flowed a lot better and was more enjoyable to read and there weren’t large gaps of time and events that were breezed over in this book. Parts of this story are heartbreaking so be ready for the possibility of dropping a tear. And parts of this story had me chuckling. I will tell you if you choose to read this book you really MUST read book one, Cessy, or you’ll be lost to the events going on. And I also feel I must tell you this book ends on a cliffie.
